MI real estate law is shite.
My mom owns a a home with her 3 deadbeat brothers in a joint tenancy, right of survivorship they inherited.
She is the only one who pays taxes, insurance and up keep and has been for last 20 years.
They still have just as much rights to home as she does and will take her share if she dies.
