Nah. Manslaughter statutes require the death of a person.
Yes that does seem like it could present an issue for the prosecution.

Maybe. Depends on the circumstances. If it was malicious or particularly careless then I think manslaughter charges could be appropriate.

They are not subject to all our laws….because they are not under our jurisdiction. Or visitors over 18 would be eligible for the draft and jury duty.

Let the market decide. If its that bad then people will stop buying John Deere. If they don't then it isn't that bad.

Kavanaugh's concurrence said this may work, but he was 1 of 9 making that argument and there is a majority who disagrees, which is what matters.
Trump should add 9 conservative SCOTUS justices and send it back. Dems have been crowing about adding more for years, give them what they asked for.

Christian Pulisic makes almost $30MM per year total compensation and I think Westin McKinney isn’t too far behind him.
Balogun makes almost $4MM
Probably a sharp drop off after that

Soccer is a communist sport. I’m not surprised they divide the money between those who earned it and those who are able to have children.
Not to be that guy but actually soccer in many countries is far more capitalist than US sports due to the system of relegation and promotion where every year the bottom teams are relegated to the lower league and the top teams are promoted to the higher league. As you are probably aware no such system exists in American and in fact many teams structure their business model on being perpetual basement dwellers subsiding, not on success, but on profit sharing agreements and selling top draft picks they are gifted by virtue of finishing near the bottom.
