Depends on the vaccination.
If they decline the flu vaccine, HPV or the chicken pox vaccine, no big deal.
Beyond that, they're probably wont to homeschool or eat paleo and have a lot of dumb ideas.

No issue with people who decline the flu shot (though it bugs me when idiots say they got the flu from a KILLED viral vaccine)

The only family (mother, really) that is a non vaccinater is expecting their 7th kid. Parents aren't even 35 yet. Live in Cullman, Alabama. Mother is somehow a hippie and a bible thumper at the same time. They home school all their kids. While they're book smart kids, theyre easily the most socially immature kids I've ever met.
Last time I saw them the oldest boy was having a birthday and I was shocked to find out he was turning 15. I thought he was a tall 11 yr old by his actions and interests. He ended up being very creepy, he kept following around my girlfriend and getting very close to her and touching her elbow. I think she may have been the first young attractive girl he's seen he isn't related to
