Any time any of these cases or national situations come up (Anthony, Good, Pereti,Floyd, Rittenhouse, etc.) I'm always reminded at how easy it is to not kill somebody or get killed by not being a dumbass.

Sometimes the situations find you, but they're mostly avoidable.

if you're in an apartment in Manhattan, you sure as hell want regulation that your upstairs neighbor remodeling his bathroom has culpability if it leaks. You also can't really keep a car so public transport is very important.
