Who would be the DC?
Maybe Twill needs to be told not to be fricktard with his play calling. Call the defense the players are actually capable of playing. Maybe less man and discise a blitz every now and again.

Not how this works. If Bobby blows the defensive staff room up, all the players will get in the portal, and they'll give up 70 in every game the rest of the season.

I doubt as interim HC he has the power to fire anyone. His only option is to cuss him like a dog until things get just a little better.

After grading the film. Any player not giving maximum effort should be on the bench. Put players in that at least give effort. It couldn’t get any worse.

Only one option here….BMFP tells TWill “get your shite together if you want to keep your job” If he ends up the HC or back to OC he’ll have some pull. Everybody in the program quit on Pitt…time to shite or get off the pot/go down the drain. Now is the time to earn/keep your job

I'm surprised he was given that latitude, as an interim. Sounds like he has been given every tool possible to prove himself worthy of the permanent position.

Our defensive issues aren’t just due to talent. There are glaring issues with coaching and scheme. Players playing out of position, play calls late coming in, bad angles, bad coverage schemes, ill-timed blitzes, and some of the worst tackling I’ve ever seen (which, along with the fumble issues, tells me we’re not practicing hard or hitting in practice).

Players quit it seemed. Looking over the twitters this morning, lots of players expressing displease at TWILL getting canned. May have walkons playing defense against Tennessee
