In regards to your E2.....if your E2 to total number is at a ratio of 20:1 or less, I don't know that I'd worry about it. Right now you're at 19.43:1, which is close to the cut off (for me).

If the bloating is bothering you, maybe someone else could chime in on an E2 blocker and the proper dosage protocol. You just don't want to crash your E2.....that ain't good.
