Does anyone have any of the cable tower machines in their garage gyms?

I just us the Bullet Pulley cable system with my rack. I bought a Rogue wall mount rack a few years ago. I have another cheap pulley system I bought off Amazon a few years back.

There's not much I haven't been able to do with the Bullet Pulley, but it is all plate loaded.

I'm making a home gym in an empty bedroom when we move back to Alabama in June. The garage would be unbearable.

I'm in Central Arkansas. I have a couple of fans in the garage. They work well enough.

Later this year or next spring, I'm going to build a shop and move all my equipment out of the garage. I'll add a mini split to the shop. That'll make it easier in the winter, too.

Pull yourself together man. Twelve of the last 17 years we had a dem president.

Both Rubio and Vance will be strong candidates in the next election. We just need to vote out the rhinos and put people in office that will push the agenda that we elected them for.
Since we don't have many options left, it would make sense to sign him and see what we can get from him next season.
The left is insane. All of them. Maybe differing degrees, but all crazy.

It's been very easy to order for research purposes. Once it goes back to scripts and insurance, I think it'll be harder to get. Hope I'm wrong.

I haven't used any peptides in over a year. Debating on buying some Ipa/cjc1295 and storing in the freezer before it's too late.
Oddly enough, I just jumped in the market for a math tutor for myself.

Good lord. We're having a bad season compared to our recent standards, but this team is still decent.

sell it on the secondhand market for good money, no problem

That's a great point. I'm debating building a shop and moving my gym from the garage to the shop. Just not enough room anymore. If I do it, I'm buying a new squat rack and selling my wall mount rack.

The wife is going to get pissed, but I'll probably buy a leg press/hack squat machine and a real cable machine to go with all the rest of my equipment. I bought a leg curl/extension machine last year. That one got her fired up for sure.
What's your opinions? Worth the money? I'm debating on buying one, but want to make sure it's worth the money vs regular back squats.
Are any of us donating anything to the NIL? I've not done it, but would be willing to donate to the basketball program. Is The LinkU the right one?

I know this will come off as a dig but seeing LSU under .500 in the sec is bizarre.

Not really. It is bizarre. It's even weirder to see both LSU and Arkansas down this season.
Yes. When researching this I came across a list called SMASH fish.
Salmon
Mackerel
Anchovies
Sardines
Herring

These are the healthy fat fish.

When eating the mackerel, I didn't notice a difference. I've also had cans of salmon in olive oil and they taste great, too.
If Massie really wants to release it then he would. One way or the other.

Massie wants that list released

Then what's stopping him from leaking it?

I have a pre-teen daughter

This right here. I have a 9 year old daughter. I'm 50. I'm still going as hard as my body will let me.

That first boy that comes to my house is going to be very uncomfortable.

On a side note, this summer, my teenage son and one of his buddies are going to train in my garage gym. I'm going to work with them so they don't hurt themselves, but they are going to go into their senior year jacked.
Yes. I went to Kroger yesterday and I found 2 cans of King Oscar mackerel. No sardines.
WR was probably one of the few spots we have decent depth at.
I made all my concert rounds in the 90's. STP, Bush, Smashing Pumpkins, Tracy Byrd, AC DC, Oasis, and some Led Zeppelin tribute band were some of the better shows I saw.

Tracy Byrd was an outlier. I don't really like country, but they were playing a small venue in Mountain Home to satisfy a contract he had signed before he got popular. It was ok, but not really my thing.

I barely even remember some of those concerts because we certainly didn't stay sober during them.
