I could see him being this years Nacua…very athletic and seems to have decent hands, he made a few acrobatic catches while he was here
Let the record show…no one knows who these people are. So while irrelevant to this board, I guess your post is on point. If they weren’t busts then maybe the rest of us might have a clue who you are talking about

Used them for a little while, won some money, cashed out…got a check from Canada 6 weeks later that no one would cash. Even tried the sketchy check cashing places with no luck. Threw the $800 check and chalked it up as a learning experience. This was years ago before there were legit legal sites available
#2 Texas swept Mizz but only run ruled them once…so yeah most people that understand baseball realize that run ruling and D1 team three games in a row (double header Sunday) is pretty impressive
As long as D-Bag is the coach at Tenner they will always be Tenner…so unpredictable it’s hard to even think about logically/statisticly. They may win the NC and they may not win another series. A&M has lost 3 OOC games and got swept by Vandy…if their bats stay hot/consistent for a couple series in a row, then they will be a concern

So no, no prediction at this point. But Texas, LSU and Arky seem to be playing the most consistent all around ball at this point
Swept #14 at the time on the road and run ruled all 3 games against Mizz…even if it is Mizz, it’s still SEC competition and pretty impressive. Think it comes down to the rubber match and Arky pulls it out 2-1. Texas at home and LSU in BR are going to be tough…Arky will probably lose at least one if not both of those series

Tell me more about mangroves and snook…we don’t have those inshore here. Would love to make a trip to get on those too

Would the 20’ GatorTail be too small to fish the bays, do they get choppy?

Trolling motor but no jack plate…have a trolling motor on the GT with a 40XD. I’m not opposed to wading but don’t really know what to look for…birds, currents, structures. Closest thing to wading I’ve done would be surf fishing in Grand Isle

Yes we will be bringing a boat or boats depending on where the fish will be. I have a 22’ bay boat with a 150 and a 20’ GatorTail center console set up for bowfishing but can also rod/reel fish out of it.

Is that the same for the Matagorda area as well? Would it be a safer bet to try Galveston instead?

Texas trout fishing

I’ve fished all over south Louisiana but never ventured west…yet. Caught decent trout in LA but nothing like the hammers they pull out of TX waters. Looking to make a trip to the Port Aransas area around Oct-Nov. How is the fishing that time of year? I’m not looking for coordinates, but any helpful info will be appreciated
Think he asked for it twice and both times they adjusted the clock
I grew up in S Arkansas hunting flooded timber and some bigger open water, occasionally would ride to the delta and shoot some fields. As long as I’ve remembered I’ve shot 3.5” #2 with long range choke…I did the majority of calling and called the shot so I rarely got in on the first few shots so I would try and pick off stragglers trying to get out of the decoys and if we went to the fields I had plenty of range and power to drop geese or long range ducks
I have a dumpster business…it was very profitable 5-7 years ago. Just bought a lightly used truck (40k miles) for $210k, 30yd dumpsters are $5k-$6k. During the pandemic everybody and their brother decided to open a dumpster business, we are in Acadia parish with no major cities and I know of 6 other companies, not including several more in the Lafayette. Truck insurance is ridiculous, 3 years ago we paid $1800/month for two trucks, just the one truck now is $3800 a month. There are lots of expenses you don’t think about…dumpster repair, tire work, truck repair/maintenance, fuel. If I was starting over today I’d start with a dually and a gooseneck roll-off trailer

Just out of curiosity…ball park, how many acres and lease dues
Acadia only goes Tue-Thu anyway…got the email earlier that they are cancelling school Tuesday and Wednesday due to weather. It’s looking like we will get some weather we aren’t accustomed to dealing with so I get it but why not pick up the Monday to make up for it
For Arkansas fans it will always be “The Stoern-over”
