Trivia question: who was the last McDonald's All-American to win a national title?

Since 1978 only 2002 Maryland, 2014 and 2023 UCONN, and 2021 Baylor did not have a McDonalds AA on their roster. 3

Trey McKenney would be the most recent McDonald's AA to win the NC.

NIL is always the boogieman for roster mismanagement by the head coaches.

See : The Sam Pittman era. Musselmans last year here. DVH this year.

I called this weeks ago.

The last time the suck set in earlier than normal for baseball it was because the basketball program got their facilities before the baseball team (and it was paid in full!) and vandy had all the gimmicks and toys in theirs.

If DVH wants his "share" of the revenue pot, his program needs to start contributing to the pot. Throwing together a hodgepodge roster who is great at nothing and mediocre at everything isn't putting butts in the seats for all home games, selling concessions, and driving donations.
I thinks it more of an issue of the so called elite bigs demanding too much of the budget with them also trying to create bidding wars.

He's signed the defensive rim protector who rebounds big the pay two years with Adoo and Pringle only to watch them struggle with back and leg injuries which had equated to a huge waist of the NIL budget.

Brazile being a 3 with the size of a 4 who has been in the 4 spot has made people over value the necessity of a elite 5. Actually having 4s and 5s who play as a 4/5 instead of wanting to hang out on the perimeter like a 3 will make a world or difference.
They should have been more open about it, like Israel's funding of Hamas.

You create the boogieman, fund the boogieman, then destroy those associated with the boogieman and take what you were after all along.

Is Little Rock too poor to employee a grounds crew and sod or do they not want the park to outshine the rest of the area?

I didn't know Arkansas was allowed to recruit in state players or take commits this early in the process.

I thought we were only allowed to make poor NIL decisions in the portal.
The US has no allies, only protectorates.
They are too busy dropping bombs on the Christian populations inhabiting a vaguely defined land mass promised to them 3000 years ago.

Careful, you'll have employees of the AD contact you, blame you for the "negativity" surrounding the program, and let you know that access is favorable to this who put out positive content.

Oh and Hunter gave you a new HC in football you should be excited and donating as much as you can afford, be exciting new football HC.

Hunter wouldn't give you a fillet off his plate at catfish hole, if you saw him at catfish hole. Frank loved catfish hole and sharing his catfish fillets.
I really didn't miss the 7'2" guy jacking threes this year.

I'm not sure I'm going to miss the statistically worst three point shooter taking the most threes per minutes played next year.
The actual number of dead and wounded is classified at the current moment.
Irans allies are helping iran?

Believe it or not it isn't normal for your allies to deny access and usage of military installments built and maintained the US with the "greatest of all" bombing negotiating teams when progress is met.

With friends like the US has who needs enemies? Of course most of our "allies" during WWII were actually our enemies with our greatest ally in the war being forbidden from being an ally today.

Yeah the NIL situation was said to blame for basketball falling off a cliff muss last year. He was using this to interview his at the time future brother in law, passed over by KState Jans and soon the be fired UALR coach.

All that failings of the program are due to the NIL boogieman all the "success" because of HY.

The boogie man will soon be said to be under the baseball programs bed.

Obviously NIL is not where it needs to be to be competitive.

Hunter, pass the hat.

That's baseball.
Israel denied mass at the church of the holy sepulcher in Jerusalum.

Israel has denied access to all the Christian holy sites in Israel during the holy week.

The mosques in Israel remain open.

Based on what’s been shown on the field so far this year this will probably be the second worst team after 2016 in the Van Horn career

You really do not expect to see this in year 24.

My dad recently made a FB profile because he wasn't able to scroll through marketplace without being logged in, which is great so he can now message those assholes as well when he finds something.

He has a handful of friends on his list mainly family because he doesn't want to read their bullshite.

He calls me asking what's wrong with lee Mayberry. I'm like nothing he's coaching HS and won a state championship this year I believe. Some AI slop article with like 10K reactions was stating he was on his death bed due to cancer. I'm like yeah don't be clicking in those articles.

As far as the roster a more physical defense is being put together next year, still needs the bigs to fill this out. This was the issue with trevon and Ewing, they couldn't guard the post with a bully down low. Pringle was better but the teams would use the high pick and roll to draw him away from the block.

As good as Arizona is, this team made their defense looks weak and suspect during the game and zona didn't dominate the boards and offensive glass. IMO this team was a physical post player short all season and Knox going down with injury took away a piece that could cause these teams to have to adjust some on the front line.

I understand wanting to have a short rotation of 7-8 guys. I get his logic of not wanting to waste time and resources on the 9-12 spots who are going to transfer for playing time anyway, but IMO you need 10 guys who can play and contribute even if they are specialized rolls for certain situations using guys who may end up with coaches decision DNPs. Surely you can pick up some grad transfers from lower conferences who would be alright with being role players to fiill out the bottom half of the roster. Maybe a guy who is only good at jacking up threes who knows his futire is in coaching not playing. Maybe the right offer for this guy is to transition in to a grad assistant role here or helping place his on another staff, Cal definitely has the connections to make this offer.

Guys like this always show up in games like bama where you have your rotation foul out in overtime or in the tourney when your rotation is gassed and need a breather between media time outs early in the second half in the second game of the weekend but they never show up if you don't have them.
