Coach PoS didn't bring a single coach from TCU. They all stayed behind with Saarloos and told him to frick off.

You know why. Everyone knows why..
The Aggies are YELLING that they got screwed.. and they did to an extent, but so does every school ever that loses a coach.. but most coaches don't leave when they have had success like he had at A&M.. and burden falls squarely on Trev Alberts, even if no one will admit it.
He wronged Schloss.. and Schloss had options.. so he left.

To be fair, it should have been a huge red flag that none of Coach PoS assistants followed him to A&M. Swim with the sharks, and don't complain when they eat you ...

ONE player came from TCU to A&M in 2022 (Micah Dallas).
Zero coaches followed him to A&M.

One of them was good enough and qualified to be the HC. He offered the others a job I assume? Perhaps they liked staying in Ft. Worth over living in College Station?
As has been said.. they could either follow Schloss to Austin, or they could look for a new job. This isn't rocket science..
