What area is your business meeting at? That hotel always looked pretty outdated to me and it's right at the busiest intersection in town (not very peaceful for being on the water). It wouldn't be my first choice but it should be fine, you will have a nice view at least.
I have caught plenty of nice bass at this pass under the highway right by the hotel though.
