I thought Texas wasn't SEC ready, then we do the most SEC thing possible(before even officially joining the league) and now we are meanies.

Y'all need to make up your mind.

Texas has won 3 of the last 4 Director cups. How is that underachieving?
So does Moorehead's twitter tirade mean that aggy will no longer pursue any recruit that is committed to another school, loyalty is a big thing to him after all.
and aggy was his 3rd choice of graduate schools, UH had enough of him, and Texas wanted nothing to do with him.
quote:

Cool post. Sure took a lot of research for you to make mean ole Aggy look bad. How about we actually compare each common team to last year:

Arky 2014 - 28 pts
Arky 2015 - 21 pts

Miss St 2014 - 48 pts
Miss St 2015 - 17 pts

Bama 2014 - 59 pts
Bama 2015 - 41 pts (including 24 gifted by our offense)

Ole Miss 2014 - 35 pts
Ole Miss 2015 - 23 pts

Like other posters have said, no one is claiming our defense is great, but is is most assuredly vastly improved from the last two years.

Arkansas scored 21 offensive points against aggy last year, and had another TD on a fake punt.
Mississippi State and Alabama lost a lot of production from graduation and the NFL draft from last year.
Ole Miss scored 21 Offensive points against aggy last year, along with a pick 6 and a scoop and score.

I find it funny that aggy consistently changes the period to when an accurate accounting of the Texas series benefits them the most, but at the same time eliminates their only valid championship.

In 2012, aggy went 6-2 in the SEC. Those 6 wins came against teams that finished 18-30 in SEC play, while their 2 losses came against teams that were 13-3.
In 2013, aggy went 4-4 in the SEC. Those 4 wins came against teams that finished 10-22 in SEC play, while their 4 losses came against teams that were 26-6.
In 2014, aggy went 3-5 in the SEC. Those 3 wins came against teams that finished 9-15 in SEC play, while their 5 losses came against teams that were 29-11.
In 2015, aggy is 2-1 in the SEC. Those 2 wins have comes against teams that are currently 2-4, while their loss is to a team that is 3-1.

aggy has beaten exactly 1 team that finished with a winning record in SEC play. That was Alabama in 2012.

In 2012, in their 6 wins they beat their opponent by an average of 46.2 to 20.7 -> 25.5 ppg. In their 2 losses, it was 18.0 to 22.0 -> -4.0
In 2013, in their 4 wins they beat their opponent by an average of 48.3 to 34.0 -> 14.3 ppg. In their 4 losses, it was 28.5 to 39.0 -> -10.5
In 2014, in their 3 wins they beat their opponent by an average of 42.7 to 31.3 -> 11.3 ppg. In their 5 losses, it was 19.0 to 39.8 -> -20.8
In 2015, in their 2 wins they beat their opponent by an average of 29.0 to 19.0 -> 10.0 ppg. In their 1 losses, it was 23.0 to 41.0 -> -18.0

So every year they have been getting worse compared to the rest of the SEC, as the Sherman recruited NFL prospects left the program and replaced with Sumblin's guys.
He hasn't + affected a&m recruiting or - affected LSU recruiting.
Maybe, but Sumlin has bungled this recruiting class so bad, it's not hard to see why these guys are looking elsewhere.
The Boyd's have been trolling A&M hard. If you look at Demarco's photos from last weekend he's got the Hook 'Em Horns sign in everyone of them. Boyd and Hill will be Horns on Friday to be joined by Soso, Warren(who hasn't committed anywhere). From there Texas will either run the table of Murray/Mack/Lodge or probably get none. Of course Locksley and Reed are consolation prizes at QB and WR.
