How much will this past week impact Kim Mulkey’s reputation and legacy? It was a bad week; the hit piece, the loss, the national anthem debacle that has become a bigger story than the game.
How does this impact her legacy? And will she now have a target on her back from both sides of the media? They surely smell blood in the water.

It will be awful for recruiting..she'll get very little talent.
She willl not get honored in any Hall of Fame type coaching circles.
She will be seen as not such a great American.
Her wins and National Championships willl be a faded memory.
Her reputation and legacy are both ruined because of the last week.

Will BDS have to give tickets away after the fair weather fans (70% of the stadium) stop going this year? Will they use cardboard cutouts like we did in that season that no one acknowledges?

A significant part of her legacy, & it will positively "impact" her legacy, is that she has graduated 100% of her players who played 4 years for her teams. That's going back 40+ years. Yea, that BS hit piece will hurt her. Course, her 4 National Championships, at 2 different schools, won't even register, right?

I personally like Kim Mulkey and truly admire her She's legit one of the best coaches of all time who's unfortunately being put in a "no-win" situation.. She's ad heartbroken as everyone about the loss and now she's gotta deal with this woke garbage...

Not a freaking bit.
But she made a mistake in getting so bent out of shape about the Wapo story which was a complete and utter nothingburger. I mean, successful athletic coach is driven and tough to get along with. I’m shocked there’s gambling in Casablanca.
Most successful, driven, tough to get along with coaches are also OCD control freaks and that IMO is why she had such a cow, she couldn’t control the situation and the narrative.

She is the current Defending and 4 x national Championship head coach, which is second among active coaches.
She has Championships as a assistant and Player
She is a gold medalist
She is already in the Basketball hall of Fame...
