Set a teen curfew for 9pm. If any teen is caught out , without his parents, then they go to jail for 30 days AND their parents have to do 30 in the cell next to them.

Saban was better. Bryant didn't have a limitation on signing players so he would just keep signing them , under different sports scholarships, to keep them off of other teams.
