Florida scares the shite out of me. Huge front court of athletic fricks that can rebound and shoot.
Must limit them to one shot. Play Physical on the glass and in the paint like the Tennessee game.

re: Precedent - Chambliss & NCAA
Posted by Lizardman2 on 2/14/26 at 11:31 am to DeltaDoc
So, the common theme here is that the NCAA is inconsistent. Holy shite. What an epiphany!
Chambliss forced a corrupt and unstable organization to do what they cannot do - make a uniform and consistent decision based on precedent.
Like Nick said, there needs to be a Commissioner. Saban, Spurrier, or a former player that is majority nominated would be great.

No hyperbole or metaphor. That is a demon.
I was sick to my stomach after seeing that, and I consider myself pretty strong mentally.
If you watch and listen to that demonic entity speak on the situation, it will hit you different. That’s a demon.

No matter how mid we are in basketball we make motherfrickers call back players, have ghey white outs, and pack fat southern asses in seats.
Undeniable.

re: Are 'White Nationalists' good or bad?

The fact that there's an amplifier preceding the word nationalist is enough to give pause.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with having a nationalist persepective.

The focus on THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) and Patriot systems is critical. These are not offensive weapons used to strike a target; they are "shields" used to intercept incoming ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and aircraft.
A military rarely initiates an offensive strike without first ensuring its own bases and allies are protected from the inevitable counter-retaliation. If the U.S. or an ally were planning a strike on Iran, they would first move these "shields" into place to catch the missiles Iran would likely fire in response.
Historically, when the "shield" is fully set (the 115-flight mark mentioned in the post), the diplomatic window usually closes, and the risk of a "spark" leading to open conflict reaches its peak.

You've obviously never seen changes to US cities.
When this shite starts, it turns into tent cities on city sidewalks in front of established businesses. They not only deal with the filth and dregs buying and selling in front of their stores, but their very presence deterring business.
Then it's needles and harder drugs from vagrants pervading the area, along with their feces and piss on the sidewalk and street in front of your business. Then perhaps you deal with an increase in rats because of the filthy conditions being created.
So, frick you a-hole on the whole pearl clutching. You have absolutely no business responding, because you obviously haven't seen or dealt with this shite first hand.

It's hilarious when you come into a new sports season year after year, and then seemingly disappear back to your couch on the porch thinking about what could have been.

Considering the mass frickery that everyone turns their heads away from and condones, I say good for Chambliss.
