It requires a household where parents are actively engaged and well-informed about their child's education. This includes parents who regularly sit with their children to review their work and reinforce their understanding of the subject matter. It also involves parents who utilize available parent portals to monitor course progress and track grades.

My parents did this for me, and my wife and I have done the same for each of our children. Such involvement can significantly influence their development, often leading to positive outcomes. I have seen some criticize public education; however, both of my sons attended reputable public schools known for their academic standards. Neither of them has any college or postgraduate debt, thanks to earned academic scholarships.

Ultimately, the responsibility cannot rest solely on teachers to reach students. Parents must be actively involved.
