When did players stop liking Zac? He's basically been our top recruiter since he's been here, we sent him to help with Perry and others.. That doesn't sound like a guy who isn't liked. Maybe its different when he's coaching, but seems like a stretch to me.

Well apparently, McGriff felt like Roberts talked to him in a demeaning way. Guys that are 60 years old and have been doing this for decades don’t need to be talked to like children by the DC.

This thread seems full of unfounded speculation. My question is why would Freeze wait this long to fire anyone? What could the holdup possibly be if he was going to do it? No more games left and recruiting is basically in a quiet period.

Why have we not officially announced Charles Kelly yet? Unless there are more moves coming. Seems like Prime leaked the news about Kelly leaving.

It does seem like it was leaked early, but if people remember it took a while for some hires last year to be made official. Kelly is in the building and recruiting though.

NFL doesn’t necessarily work like that… position coaches can get hired before head coaches.

Funny, I saw an article online this morning speculating he was going to the NFL with the Chargers. Also was talking about Harbaugh potentially being in play for the HC position there.
Was going to mention it in this thread earlier but couldn't find the article again and decided I dreamed it all up.

Time Frame of such activities, which part of the staff O or D, what kind of shake up.
Not asking for names just some details. We already know we need a new OC & DC...
