My previous lab knew exactly when 7pm was. If he hadn't been fed at 7:01, he would walk over to where I was sitting, sit down in front of me and stare me down. I swear he was staring in to my soul with his anger lol.

My dog is old school. As soon as it starts getting dark outside he is staring at me.
My work: We want everyone to use Copilot. Take advantage of it.

Me: So I can get it to do all my research, analysis, and reports.

My work: No, no, no, not that, but we do want you to take advantage of it.

Me: Oh, ok, got it. So how do I use it.

My work: You just simply put in this prompt and say this and make sure to go edit this and make sure it says exactly this and this and then when it comes back proof it and look up the research so that you can insure your prompt says has the correct keywords in it and you can then use it as an example and make it your own.

Me: I could have done it all myself by the time I do all that.
Half the US wants this here so bad they can't stand it.

An Olive Garden employee died from burn injuries he suffered after thrusting his head into a deep fryer in what police have categorized as a suicide attempt.

Sounds like it was successful and not an attempt.
If the kid was smart, it was really $20,000 that was thrown out by the drug dealer. :pimp:
I thought cobras were just in India. All over Africa as well I now see. I bet Australia has them. Just looked and surprised they do not have them. Figures though. They probably have snakes there 10x as deadly.

But when you are out on a public road the state gets to require stuff.

But laws are to protect you from doing harm or taking away the life liberty and freedom of others. That is not what is happening here. They are dictating to you how you should protect yourself. Mask laws had more standing that seat belt laws.
It is amazing how much tonal difference there can be with strings. I play bass and everytime someone says they want to change out their pickups, I tell them to consider either new strings, because you know how bass players can be, or different strings. Different brands, different materials, different windings. I always try that before I settle on the fact that I really do want to do a pickup swap.

On topic, on the bass side, the regular XL are consistent and what I use (along with Dunlop super bright nickels) if I ever put on nickels, plus they do a gauge I like. I was not a fan of the NYXLs. I think they are tonally similar but lack the kind of harmonics you can get with the regular XLs and though they advertise extra brightness, which I love, they do not achieve that in a pleasing way. Too brittle.

I mostly will stick with my Rotosound steel roundwounds. I don't even know why I try different strings anymore, none of them can compare. The Dean Markley Blue Steels used to come very close but they changed ownership or where they are made or something and they suck now. I like the Dunlop strings probably next. They are decent. I have never gotten along with the DR strings or Ernie Ball strings.
Saw both Cornell and Staley live back in the day. Never saw Pearl Jam as I don't care for them. I think it is Cornell. We saw them in the Tabernacle in Atlanta for the first Audioslave tour. The man had the most powerful singing voice I've ever heard. I really think he could have gotten up there and done the show with no mic. Amazing.
Damn, you folks have sticks jammed so far up your asses. Good grief.
Seat belt laws are unconstitutional. I wear mine and I think they will help in a bad wreck. But, there should not be a law making someone wear one. Of course about 80% of the laws in this country are unconstitutional but no one does anything about it. Land of the free my arse.

Delay to March launch window confirmed.

I don't believe they will go this year. Who knows when? They will keep having to back it up.

I have seen a lot of articles and comments on the internet that we are getting ready to send people back to the moon and no one really cares or is paying attention. This is why.

Fk that. He could have run over a kid very easily. Go drive plastered somewhere other than in my neighborhood where my kids go to school.

Idiot drunks.

I was being a bit facetious. I wouldn't want someone like that driving around. But I just hate the whole Dickey Doright thing with this hero following around and videoing. Dude just call the cops and go on about your business. Damn wanna be hero.
Banning over 40 is ridiculous, but those older boomers are something else. I got to a gig at a bar one day at about 5:30. As I am walking to the entrance, there are about three people trying to load this old dude into the back of a cab.

I stopped, looked over at what was going on, and said, damn, it's 5:30 in the afternoon and just couldn't stop laughing. I still laugh just thinking about it.
To many Dickey Dogooders out there like this little snitch with his phone camera wanting to be Mr. Public Safety hero. Probably was a damn hall monitor in school. Little bitch. That guy only screwed up his own truck. He'll have to deal with it but these bitches wanna snitch and get him to jail. He made it home and into a parking spot. Give the man some credit.
I'm your worst nightmare. A terminator with a badge.

Congrats Gus! Wish him well. When you sit back and look at the highlights of his HS and college coaching, he had a heck of a career. He should be proud.

RIP. Phillip was a significant voice in Auburn sports history. I wish him well.
But, just from a magic POV and not about fretboard gymnastics, this is amazing to listen to and perfectly fits the mood of the lyrics.
(And I know he had The Wall on the turntable a lot when he wrote it)
