The coaches keep telling me that my son can play at the highest level, that he should have no less than 10 D1 offers from “big schools” by December. I’m keeping my excitement tamed, I’m a I believe it when I see it type. He’s balling out so far so we will see. Hopefully the next couple of months will be exciting. I will start another thread soon for those that are interested in the journey. Who knows he might be an Auburn Tiger, the system he’s in translates, it’s a go fast 10 personnel offense.

My son’s OL coach was Izavion “Too Tall” Miller’s OL coach at Southwest CC.

The last several years has taught me to not get my hopes up, now I make no predictions until I see the product on the field.

He’s showing out at college right now, the OL coach said he will have no less than 10 big school D1 offers by December and a lot of OV’s in the future. They still say he can play SEC ball. The list of praises is too long to list. Midway through his first workout they moved him over to lift with the sophomores because he was lifting a lot more than the freshmen. It’s happening!!!

His first day of college football will be July 6th. It’s bitter sweet with him moving out, I know good things are in his future.

Just went to my son’s college for freshman admissions day and met Blake Sims there. He’s the new QB coach there and when we met him the OL coach told him we were from Alabama and he said Roll Tide and of course I said War Eagle.

He just signed his scholarship electronically, the signing ceremony is at 9:00am. Pictures coming soon.

The coaches at Holmes said 3 times dead serious that’s he’s an SEC player. The left tackle #70 for Miami went to Holmes for 2 seasons before transferring. They were treating my son like he’s their start recruit in this class. The down side is they don’t have connections with this Auburn staff, he has connections with Hugh. My son is number one on their depth chart and LT right now. I absolutely can’t wait until the fall.
