How many "fired coaches" have we hired in the last 30 years

They haven't and Arkansas needs to hire fresh with no baggage.

I said when we hired Pittman we should have taken a long look at Blake Anderson. He's a guy that does it right and would do well with the resources at UA. Plus his offensive philosophy isn't stuck in the 90's.

He also has his son playing QB for him who happens to be really good lol. They definitely look good but haven't exactly played a powerhouse yet and went to OT with Colorado State.

True but keep in mind they won 1 game last year and were consistently beat by 30 points a game last year. USC will probably work them but he has the kids believing.

Correct and they won't when Pittman is gone either.

BLJ will be the first call

For the 4th time Hartline is your guy. He's young and understands what it takes at a big program. We can hopefully get him before he blows up.

However HY will feel some sort of loyalty to SP and it will be a year too late.

“He loves the helmet, was willing to take a contract beneficial to the university and work on incentive basis.” Yuracheck to media, “now go spin it to the idiots.”

Hartline is certainly intriguing. Young, energetic, hates to lose. He put together an incredible wide receiver room at Ohio State, but then again, it is Ohio State. Interesting comments on his coaching goals in the interview linked below.

We’re the epitome of an “unserious program” if BLJ is under any sort of consideration at all.

He’s been part of not one but two failed staffs here, and hasn’t done anything of merit as an OC.

While I agree, this would be the most Arkansas thing to happen.

Blake Anderson was about as average as it gets at Arkansas State, at least compared to Freeze and Malzahn. Certainly better than Butch Jones though.

The staff gets up and hits things for him. They hop around man can you just feel the passion?

This isn't the same team of players that was there last year. He culled the entire roster, their best player from last year ended up at BYU IIRC.

I'm not sure you would be able to add a 60 players via a recruiting class and transfers again without the majority of the transfers having to set a year with the covid rules expiring, especially when the majority of the transfers were 2 + time transfers.

Prime went head to head with this staff for Teslaa as far as direct recruiting is concerned.

It isn't that prime took a bad Colorado team added his sons and their friend Hunter and caught lightning in a bottle, it's still way to early to tell if his roster building methods are sustainable. There isn't any direct comparisons with results compared to a previous staff as the rosters are completely different from one year to the next.

They implemented the 1 time transfer rule. So if you transfer again you have to sit now.
Deion isn’t going anywhere until at least next year when his son goes pro hopefully.

Also he is a cult of personality, that school will be back below where we were after smiles or Chad when he leaves. And if he does it to them, he will do it to us. Plus racist. Because if it doesn’t work out we will be racist.

I’d look at his OC before him.

Coach prime!!

Here’s the thing with coach prime. He might would come in and have some success.

But no matter the coach, there’s going to be a shelf life. Eventually the coach and the university will part ways.

With coach Prime, I don’t see any way the eventual divorce wouldn’t become a cluster of epic proportions. It could be a disaster for whatever school ends up going through it.

Hell we aren’t even going to have a peaceful divorce from Pittman. Bunch of fans will be telling everyone he got screwed.

And they are already calling us racist because we didn’t hire him when Pittman was hired. Even though he had no experience other than high school football.

I'm afraid the Tysons will finally get their way and get a Gus disciple connected coach.
