I, like many on here, have voiced what I think needs to happen or should have happened. He reality though, not one single person here knows enough about the situation to say for sure what should happen. We don't know if Rees is a great play caller but the plays aren't being executed. We don't know if Jalen is a legit QB but OLine play is preventing us from seeing that. We don't know if Seth is really our only option at center cause the back ups aren't ready. We don't know. Sad part is we'll never know. I'm not saying Saban is without fault. Hurts/Tua is a prime example of that. I just have a hard time believing that Saban sat in the film room watching us have snap issues for 14 games and never made a change. Like the final play in OT. You'll never convince me that a QB draw was the play (I believe after film review of that we will all agree on that), but how many times throughout the season did that scenario happen? How many times was the play that was called not executed making it appear to be a bad call? How many times did the snap effect the play making Jalen look inept?

As fans we don't know what is called, discussed, planned, said, etc. Yet we all think we could walk in tomorrow and fix the problems. With everything the way it is right now, I fully believe this was a 10-3 team and we over achieved. Is that because of coaching? The players over coming the coaching? Luck? I don't know, but I think we over achieved so in the big picture I'm guess I'm ok with that. Just hope we improve next year. It's only going to be tougher.

That mother fricker has plagued us all year. I can't believe he is our best option.

Honestly, I’d have tried Brockermeyer at center. I know he’s about 30 lbs lighter but if he could snap the ball correctly, that would be an improvement. It’s not like Seth was playing great all season. He got whipped pretty regularly. That NT #55 for Michigan destroyed him all game.

If you replaced 56 with Landon Dickerson the team wins, probably somewhat comfortably.

It's always easy to find a scapegoat when things go wrong. The fact of the matter is, we lost AS A TEAM. The team did not play good enough to win yesterday afternoon. It had nothing to do with just one player.

I don’t understand how someone that’s played center for so long can be so bad at snapping the ball. It ain’t that fricking hard.

Our pass rush was non existent and Dallas comes and gives rather caustic message about leaving. He did not play well

Its the Will Anderson phenomena .. never show up in big games

Dallas has been a monster in big games for us, and he didn't play bad last night, but like Texas, Michigan had a good game plan to neutralize our pass rush, and furthermore it seemed like most times McCarthy dropped back, Turner was in coverage.

This ^ …michigan schemed our best pass rusher out of the game, mainly because our other lbs were struggling in pass protection. Lawson seemed to still be a bit gimpy in moving laterally. Think we’d have been better off leaving in the big guys and getting after them with pressure, but we didn’t.

I wouldn't go that far. You still have the deficiencies at QB.

Yep. And no one on the team picked each other up. Our best players last night were Reichard and Burnip. Sure a few nice plays from guys but nothing really difference making

Despite all the offensive deficiencies...we had a 20-13 lead late 4th quarter and needed one stop to win. We did not get it.

It all begins and ends with Saban. I recognize and applaud the job he did with this team, however something has changed as he’s aged.

I feel like we are playing for participation trophies; give good effort and Saban gives kudos. Meanwhile, boneheaded mistakes have no consequences and bad coaches get pardon after pardon.

Know it sounds like a complaint, but just stating my view.

Any year we beat barn, phat phil, crazy lsu, and win the SEC, is a great season!!

Yep, and the defense folded up like a cheap suit.

Agreed that we can't know on Rees. We can know on Milroe because he's missing badly and having terrible footwork even when he has a clean pocket. We definitely can know on McLaughlin because I've never seen so many errant snaps even at the little league level. He's a better blocker than Dalcourt but he's likely the worst snapper in college football.
