They should go back with about 200 "volunteers" who do nothing but stand there...UNTIL. All 6 ft 3 or larger all 220 or larger.

frick all that white privilege and reparations shite. They get preferential treatment in government hiring and in a lot of private jobs too. As far as reparations go there were untold lives lost and changed, not to mention money spent during the Civil War over them.

Sorry double post. I lost a lot of respect for Consolidated back during the Katrina days. The Company did some nice things for the Mississippi Coast employees that had been affected, that was great.

But what you don't do is call a mandatory meeting gather everyone up and hand out attaboy awards to the company bigshots for doing it. We all thought that was pretty tacky. Look how great we are, :doublebird:

I worked for Consolidated for 25 years. Our plant was union and has since been sold to United.

I can tell you had HR tried that white shite with us we would have shut it down with a vengeance. We white guys would not have tolerated that for a second. no more than the black dudes would have tolerated such a thing and they would have been right and supported by us.

Consolidated owns Union plants in West Virginia I'd be interested to see how that would fly there. I don't think very well. At all.

It's hard to run when there's nowhere to run. There's penetration on every attempt we don't get the plays blocked. I think it's scheme related our linemen just are not built to do what they are being asked to do with all the pulling double teams and reach blocks.

Seattle NFL people were griping about Grubb and the lack of a ground game,.
