It's disappointing all of this is now coming to light and causing a stir...just reliving it and it won't be the last time...maybe they should have said this at first and we wouldn't be having the issue now...maybe they couldn't say it...
However, these media people, especially the woman with the bad headline and Goodman (who I can't stand) are simply looking for viewers, listeners, tweets, and any other thing they can get...Oats and the University simply need to stand firm and together and not cave to pressure...Miller wasn't charged...he made a young, naive, and probably loyal decision that wasn't the best...but unless he has more involvement, suspending him, even more ridiculous, kicking him and Bradley off,is utterly stupid...the media are a bunch of douche canoes and in it for themselves...them and politicians hold hands...give it a few days and a couple games and it will calm down...until the next hearing and something else will be taken and ran with...and the media sharks will be cirlcling...douchers...

Don't feel bad for me, I'm preparing fir the worse. I feel bad for the rubes who think the world is in a normal place and that there is room for sunshine optimism. Bbal was a nice diversion but back to reality.

For all we know, Miller may not have known the gun was in the car.
The scenario is that Miles gets ride to bar in Miller's car. Leaves gun in back of car because of law about a gun in bar. Calls Miller about trouble, wanting his "joint." Miller simply goes to check on Miles and pick him up. Maybe even stand by his teammate in an altercation. Miles checks the back of the car and finds his gun and gives it to Davis.

Do we know where Miller was during the shooting? I know his car was there because of bullet holes in his windshield and the comment about his car being parked on the same road as the shooting.
He said he didn't see anyone with a gun or the shooting, so just wondering where he ended up because I believe the investigators were able to confirm his story.
Hate that this could be a distraction but playing at South Carolina should be fine followed by back-to-back home games. Playing at A&M could be rough but after that, it's neutral court games and then the first 2 rounds of the NCAAT in Birmingham.

That would be a bad look. They just need to stick to their guns and maintain the story as is. Everyone fully cooperated with law enforcement and all the appropriate actions were taken. Miller was not indicated in any way and the university has already handled the matter by dismissing Miles.
Don’t listen to any of the talking heads about this, they don’t care about the woman killed, they don’t care about justice, they only care about eyes on the screen. The next story will come along and this will be barely a memory.
