You could not be more wrong. Look at the posting times. I can understand that it looks strange when someone reads 40 or 50 pages of posts in a 24 hour or so period, but that's what it was. I would not chase anyone around, I just responded to posts as I encountered them. A reader has a different perspective when he reads 40 pages in a couple of sittings.

I'm down with Mo Linguist. Still weird we aren't hearing much about Morrell, no?

We need to get Muhammad from Washington to transfer here, that would go a long way

Has there been anything worth reading over the last 5 pages or is it all bitching/complaining?

UBuffalo is one of the toughest jobs in college football.

I don't doubt it, that's why I said a coach could be unsuccessful for a number of reasons. Can't be an easy place to recruit to. He had a really unlucky streak of injuries in his time there also.

I hope we never hear about Morrell, his defense is not good at all

UW fans were begging us to take him when the tweet came out that the defensive staff was all at the team meeting but the offense had already left

LSU is hiring Corey Raymond as a defensive backs coach, sources tell @247sports

A return to LSU for Raymond, who worked for there from 2012-21 and developed a number of prominent LSU defensive backs. He worked at Florida the last two years. (@sheadixon1st).

Damn. We just sunk USA.

I'm told South Alabama hopes to move quickly in its search for a new head coach, with a hire to be made no later than early next week. No search firm. Conversations with candidates are already underway. OC Major Applewhite will be considered.

It's also 4A in suburban Raleigh NC, let's just say that there isn't a ton of D1 talent out our way.
I guess it must be a landing area for "white flight" :-)

I wouldn't say that as much as 10 years ago most of this area was farmland and considered out in the sticks. The RTP sprawl finally made its way out here.

I’m fine with it. It speaks to Deboer character. Not the same thing but I coach baseball and wont have anyone on my staff that I don’t trust and that doesn’t understand how I like to run my practice and we usually like to be on the same page situationally whether on offense or defense.

So are we just waiting on defensive position coaches now? Outside of Roach

Kirby Smart has Mike Bobo and Muschamp on his staff. Both are two of his closest friends.

I wonder if retaining Bala is an option. We’ve heard Roach is staying and several other off-field support guys from the last regime, so I am not confident in that…

I’m not sure why it’s an issue for people to accept it’s okay to hire your friends if they are qualified. You get better results when you like the people you work with and that bond helps you through hard times.
