Not gonna trust oddsmakers on stuff like this. Zero chance anyone with insight is causing the lines to move - if they did, they’d stop taking bets.

They're probably just reading this forum and fading anything the knuckleheads on here post

I know it's been 17 years, but we believe everything anyone says as long as it validates our first choice for a coach.
Sir, this facetious comment makes me think you aren’t familiar with the fun of a desperate coaching search.

Exactly, I wonder how Dan Lanning's meal at the Bright Star...or Chucks Fish...or Innisfree was last night?

This has got to be the most amount of posts in 24 hours of just about any thread on this site outside of election time.

Really yall, do we really believe Sark would tell some recruits before he told his players and before Bama announced something?

I'm old enough to remember fax machines in previous coaching searches

Sark will have full control like Saban. Saban stays to keep recruits and Sark is bringing several. Saban makes sure boosters give Sark autonomy. They are very close. The Dynasty grows

If it winds up being Sark my liver is going on strike.

I abused it last night after the news, didn’t realize I might have a reason for another round tonight.

Sark has had one thing to deal with at Texas that he didn't have to deal with here, and it could be the deal maker. Meddling boosters. Here, Sark knows the boosters already know their place and he can keep them there. Texas has some that are thick with the upper echelon of the school.

Saban to create a brain trust for coaching. He will be the CEO and face of the program with Kiffin the actual HC in training per se. Belichick the new DC and Carroll the new OC. Let’s roll!!!

This is pretty tricky

On one hand, we'll want to announce it pretty fast

On the other, he won't want his players to find out via social media and will try to tell them/his staff first similar to how Saban did it

These posts aren't funny or clever, they're clogging up the speculation.
