There are a LOT of names not mentioned yet who seem at this point to be leaning toward staying. Among those I’m hearing are least 75 per cent certain to remain on the Crimson Tide roster are quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, wide receivers DeVonta Smith and Henry Ruggs III, offensive tackle Alex Leatherwood, and linebackers Dylan Moses and Terrell Lewis.

I feel like this is BS but I want to know what y’all think

He edited the article and it now includes this:

quote:

BamaCentral is hearing conflicting information on Terrell Lewis, who did participate in Alabama's Senior Day ceremony. A source close to the situation says he's not likely to return to the Crimson Tide and enter the 2020 NFL Draft.

If we get Tua,Riggs, and Devonta Smith back, I will cream my britches.

I would take Devonta and One of Wills/Leatherwood and be EXTREMELY happy

Terrell Lewis is Not coming back though

If I was a betting man , I would call BS. I think some will get draft grades lower than they want and stay but not many

Already been announced Lewis is leaving.

Wouldn't surprise me to see Leatherwood and Moses back. 50/50 on Smith.

Ruggs is gone.

Just depends on if Tua is still a top pick on whether he comes back.

When was it announced Lewis was leaving? We all know he likely is but I haven’t seen it announced

I feel like there’s a bit of an echo chamber thing going around right now with these rumors. They could all come back but it’s way too early to know that because I imagine the players thenselves don’t even know yet.

He was honored on Senior Day along with the rest of Seniors so everybody assumed he was gone.

I think one of Smith/Ruggs will stay, one of the tackles, and hopefully McKinney... I see no way Lewis or Jeudy come back.

It all depends on draft grades.
It wouldn’t surprise me that much if Tua comes back. If Tua comes back, I could see everyone who isn’t a surefire first round pick coming back as well. These guys want to win a national championship

(a) When I thought Walsh wrote it, I perked up. Then I noticed it was written by Cary Clark. That guy is basically a message board fan.

(b) Tim Watts posted on BOL that nobody has made any decisions

100% made up pretendsider bullshite. 75% = "guys this stuff can change on a dime, and I said there was a 25% chance they'd go pro, which is a lot. Draft entries are fluid."

Even if true, and I'd highly doubt it, there's a lot of time between now and the date where they have to declare for that 75% to change...

What is the date they have to declare by ... January 20th?

And early signing is when?

If this isn’t confirmed or denied in 3 more hours I’m going to have to call a doctor.
