Sorry to hear that . Prayers for your wife and family
Good points but for whatever reason it has been hinted that this could be his last year at USC. Not sure if it is on his end or both may want to part ways . The AD at USC was at Washington before taking over :dunno: . I hope KD stays here but I wouldn’t blame him if he left and hope he doesn’t read this board

Who do they think
They don’t . I like KD as our coach but I think it will take him leaving and Bama sinking to real mediocrity for some to realize what they had . Most have never known anything but Saban . Sad really bc he is a good coach , recruiter and overall a likable guy

Yep. Still got to play the game and be successful with what you DO have.

Thoughts?
Not very good ones

Rob Vaughn on what made him want to go after Missouri transfer Mateo Serna: Rob Vaughn: "Like, man, you knew you need a catcher, and you lose Brady, you lose Lemm. Honestly, Luke Vaughn being able to transition back behind the plate has been huge for us. I'd probably be lying to you if I thought that was maybe in the cards with him coming back from surgery a couple of years ago. So that's been good, but we knew we needed to add a guy. And from the first second we talked to Serna, it's like the right kid. He's a dude from South Florida, which we've. Done pretty well down in that part of the country as far as getting some good ones to come up here and in just the stuff he was looking for really fit what we wanted and what we were looking for and very very good behind the plate and just feel for the game just an awesome human really good feel so he's been great and that that catcher's room is about as stacked as I've had since we've been here you know I mean Will Platner has swung the bat incredibly well all fall saw a Gage Petrutz who's the young one like that's like the catcher of the future, Zack Johnson, back healthy, and swinging the bat like he is, Luke Vaughn. I mean, it's gonna be kind of a fight like last year of how do we get two, three, four of these guys in the lineup at a time, but really happy with those guys. Love Mateo, and he's been an awesome addition for us."
