There's several senior guards that didnt enter the portal who are gonna be big mad they didnt. Like Jaden Bradley.

Bowen's family is from Sudan, where cousin marriage is the norm. About half of all marriages in Sudan are between 1st cousins.
I've never known of a single cousin marriage in Alabama.

I feel like Nate is always on the cutting edge of what they are allowing. My bet is that he knows the 5 for 5 is coming and he has a veteran guard lined up.

I think we all figured he would, be its good to go through the process and get feedback.

His announcement didn't exactly sound like a goodbye either. He almost certainly intended to enter for feedback with the obvious caveat that a team may decide they have to have him and make him a guarantee. He needs to come back though. If he makes a jump like most good players do in year 2 under Oats he probably goes in the lottery of a much less stacked draft next year.

Have seen a couple of mocks lately and one had Allen as high as 16th pick but most have him solidly in the first round … don’t know how much insight they have but TIFWIW

I'm pretty surprised. It does look like he is back to climbing up a lot of mocks. It's going to be hard to keep him here if he is all but guaranteed of 1st round.

As long as he doesn't get a guarantee from a team inside the top 20 I think he comes back.
