It's the complete lack of preparation and attention to detail and discipline for me. It's chronic the entire tenure of Deboer here. And as an old school guy, it starts with playing music at practice. Turn that shite off and get it work. It shows they are not doing the necessary things to be ready to play a road game.

Yep basically the same team as last year except much worse QB

It’s unreal. Down 4 getting the ball, and it feels like we’re down 20

It's the little details, it's what separates good from great coaches. He's a really good human and probably well liked by the players , but that doesn't win championships . He's not a coach who demands perfection. His players reflect that, that's why Indiana's coach wins because he is detailed oriented. I don't ever see ckd winning a natty here.

I see him losing at least 3or 4 games a year every year . He's a good but not great coach and probably will be gone in a year or two. Until then we will have to live with the results.

Its fair to melt. Gameplan is just bad. That said, many folks wanted Dan Lanning...who just fumbled most expensive roster in CFB against Ok State who lost 90% of their whole roster last season and was 0-1

Throw in the fact that CKD also has given up end of the half scores vs USCjr, OU, UGA, AU, Indiana and again today (while narrowly getting away with it several other times) when he tries to “get a spark” with less than a minute left in the half, the offense being in total disarray, and yet he insists on trying to throw the ball deep inside his own territory that inevitably leads to a turnover and points (plus momentum) for the opponent going into the locker room.

Like, when do you learn your lesson and say enough is enough and just take a freaking knee and take it to halftime to try and regroup?

I should have know. In the beginning when one of deboers best traits was that he didn’t cuss.

Beating high level teams but losing to teams you have no business losing to.

Vandy got my attention but when we lost to a mediocre Oklahoma team later in the season when we had everything on the line, that did it for me.

I'm assuming Mack will come out second half. If Russell plays like this against Georgia or LSU he'll get the hell knocked out of him.

This feels like the old Coker 2015 year. Punched in the mouth by a lesser team.

Getting the ball to start the half...going to be interesting to see what we draw up at the half.

A win will be avoiding 1st and 20 and not turning the ball over.

Nothing indicates Kiffin would be a significant upgrade over Deboer. Absolutely nothing. How many goddamn times did he shite the bed in games like this?

I mean I’m not gonna argue “what ifs” but you can’t deny LSU looked disciplined, ran the ball well and fired up in their first game. I’ll take that over just about anything.

We lost to a much worse FSU team last year and still won a playoff game.

Not good to drop one early but also not a reason to melt.

shite most of our best teams under Saban lost an early game and we have waaaaay more wiggle room nowadays when it comes to W/L.

This team is super young. There will be growing pains.

Gameplan sucks.
Execution sucks.
Playcalling is baffling.
Refs all over our arse.

Doesn’t look good. What’s the record for loss of down penalties in a single game? We seem to want to challenge it.

I think Keelon is overrated. He can escape a few plays but he makes too many mental errors, throws too many uncatchable balls, and tries to do too much. I know it’s his second start, but I don’t think he’s some sort of generational talent. He’s solid, but that’s it. Certainly not a #1 pick and not a 1st rounder at this point. Things can change, but we already knew Tua and Bryce were going to be special by this point.
