At least the next match is away. May be able to nab a point if all goes well.

What sucks is we actually played decent, we just have to figure out how to score goals.
A competent striker would help there, but we don’t have one.
Kinsky save a shot challenge: impossible.
Get Tel off the pitch. He’s wasted so many chances today.

No way we get one back before giving up another, is there?
Not at home!

We need to tear this place down and bring back White Hart Lane.
Just predictable. We get tons of golden opportunities and throw them all away, and everyone else’s half-chances go in. Add in shitty officiating and it’s another relegation battle for Spurs.
If that were Romero it’d be a penalty and a sending off. But we get nothing and an immediate wave-off by VAR.
We will never again be awarded a penalty in the Premier League.

Which was the original comment I had.

A dual income family making 100K can afford that home with ease. If you want it.
You stated you bought a house for 47k making 24k (completely disregarding spousal income). In other words, your starter home was about 2x ONE earner's salary.

In order to be able to afford that exact same house today with that exact same set of facts (house cost 2x salary, married couple, one primary earner, one spouse part-time to pay for school), that primary earner would have to make $135k.

Do you not see the problem here?

Brentford AWAY was a very tough first game. We will be okay.
Yeah, the good news is we have been awesome at home this year.

Tel has actually been pretty good today. I think if he was playing with guys who could do anything that would be more clear.
Tel and Robertson only 2 who appear to be trying.
The post with the best defensive play of the day for Spurs.
Worst marking in the history of the EPL.
Bergvall and Richarlison have to be off in the 2H just out of principle.
If we’re not passing the ball directly onto the feet of a Brentford player, we’re letting them run free in attack. Doing literally nothing remotely positive.
This is one of the worst halves I’ve ever seen from Spurs, just shambolic.
The Spurs-West Ham rivalry may only be on a 1-year hiatus.
“Don’t worry about marking anyone” is certainly a strategy defensively.

Stinks having to start our season with our B team
We don’t have an A team on the attacking end.
