Little League Ump Confronts Parents, Then Walks Out After They Make Fun Of Him

Yes I’m on the Umps side and if I were him I would have taken a baseball bat to every gd one of the men and that woman I would have cut her tongue out.

People complain about today's kids. Kids haven't changed, parents have.

There should be no fans allowed for any sport middle school and under. Let the kids, coaches and umps,refs, enjoy it.

I umpired all levels for 25 years. It’s truly a thankless job for little pay. I just liked continuing to go to park after done playing. This guy was not destined to do the job. If he didn’t have support of the league commissioner is the only viable reason to walk. His job is to take control of the game and have those idiots thrown out. Sad

Sounds like a lot of trump supporters have some thin skin. The way those parents acted, is the same way all those loser trumps supporters act. You are ok with their behavior

Say what you want, he is the classic "little man syndrome" kind of guy. While the parents were ridiculous, he was a pure bitch and was way to sensitive.

I am expecting another video where these parents walk around the parking lot showing their slashed tires.

And we wonder why kids turn out to be spoiled little bastards.

Those parents are "time-out" kids. They are why Louisiana just passed laws regarding violence between parents/coaches/officials at children's sporting events. The "time-out" experiment is karma crawling up society's hind leg!

I once had to eject a dad/coach from an 10-u girls coach-pitch softball game. Had to threaten his team with game forfeiture to get him to leave.

I back Blue on this one. You cannot act like adults then he needs to walk. No need to take abuse from the stands.

The fact that there were multiple 30 + yearold adults with kids videoing the harrassment of an umpire at a LL game. Newport is a affluent area you can't buy class.

I've been in that guy's shoes before and it sucks. Little League parents are the worst. What kept me around were the kids themselves who would tell you straight up "ump, ignore my mom, she's a bitch...or my dad takes this entirely too seriously". After that, it is easy to block out the parents and just plow through the game. I had one dad follow me to my car one time cursing me up and down, left and right. Just brutal. Then, his son and his coach come up to us and let the dad know I had made the right call. LOL. The look on his blowed up face was priceless. I just thanked the kids and coaches for acting like mature adults and left piglet standing there red-faced.

And fat mom followed him out to get one last word in. I coached. Some parents are pure trash at sporting events.
