The one you will hear about soon is Suite Owners are on notice. Many original suite buyers give little to no xtra money. It’s been a touchy situation till now. Those owners will be or have been told a minimum of 100K annually will be necessary to keep the suite. 2-3 yrs to comply. There’s young money in line to scoop them up. I thinks it’s the right

I tried I really tried. Just can’t do anything Theo..
Bake it seasoned the way u like. It dosnt Sauté or grill as well as a firmer fish. Seasoned w ur blend , butter, lemon and capers is my fave in oven. Quick broil to crisp it up abit.
IRS and Valuation being necessary to move forward tells the tale.
