True, but honestly, I think we brought it on ourselves. Canceling the game as early as we did smacks of not even trying to make it work.
From a “12 Man”, “Never seen ‘em quit”, “it’s all about rewarding the players for their season” perspective - it’s a bad look.

B.S. Its an incredibly honest and straight forward approach compared to waiting until the day of. Plus in the Gator Bowl's instance it allowed them to get a replacement. Just because some dumb arse calls us scared or quitters or not wanting to play with a walk on QB - you don't have to listen to them.

By the way, it’s astounding to me how many posters on the rant have lost their damn minds. I knew out recent recruiting success would make us a target, but I had no conception of just how mad and insane virtually everyone would become. Folks are TRIGGERED. LSU fans the most, but not just them.

It is astounding how many are truly tormented by one recruiting class and our bowl forfeiture. I still do not believe in the administration's decision.
