You act like this is an insult to A&M - but it is exactly why A&M has expanded its enrollment.

A&M continues to accept as many qualified Texas kids as it possibly can - while Texas bolts for the DEIs and out of state kids that can pay the higher tuition.

Guessing you are talking residential.

Do you have a copy of the appraisal?
Find at least three comps that are better than what he used - more recent sales, closer in proximity, closer in square footage or upgrades.

Useless to attack the adjustment he made to the comps he used - that’s all “opinion”.

There’s an open air bar on the Tiber near Castel St Angelo. It’s down the steps from the bridge directly on the river walk. They showed the World Cup games on the walls.

Not sure if they’d show the LSU game - but if nothing else is on, you can’t beat the atmosphere.
