At the bball natty a few years ago all of their "fans" wore Astros and Rockets gear then had the nerve to call me a bandwagoner.

UH really does NOT have a large fanbase. Kinda sad given how many alums live in that metro area.

I will be curious in 2027 when LSU plays UH in NRG Stadium. Will UH have as many fans present as LSU?

No. The few UH fans I know are already admitting it’s an LSU home game.

UH and USC both have one thing in common: they are located in the hood.

U of H has always been a commuter school. They keep trying to get students to live on campus but the area right around the campus is not very nice.

The U of H campus is in a war zone. Thousands may have been killed trying to reach the stadium.

Hyperbole much? Considering the stadium in Austin is in the middle of a homeless shelter, complete with shite and piss on the streets.

In Austin, that’s termed authentic.

Houston’s stadium is the one that had the bleachers that were unsafe if I remember correctly

That was the same location, but this is a completely new stadium.

The SEC has taken a nose-dive when a bunch of Big-12 schools are weeing and whining about UH. Who cares.
