I thought they were all going to follow DeBoer who is the greatest coach ever?

I know it’s fun to troll and all, but OL is typically not an area Bama is devoid of talent. These transfers all want to start. Guessing that isn’t a guarantee at Bama next fall.

Kind of starting to feel bad for all the OM players hoping to develop and start there…they just get the middle finger from Lane and he just tries to find the next best thing…

Everyone is talking about this Bama exodus but it will take Washington a looooonnnnggg time to recover from what is happening.

Would help if Bama offered. Bama is sitting at 79-80 players on scholarship despite the attrition.

We didn't need any offensive lineman other than a quality center, troll.

Held his own against our two 1st round DT’s. And, Washington won Joe Moore. Congrats on the pickups.

Two Oline starters from a national championship finalist... Not bad at all.

That’s what happens when your HC doesn’t recruit…

I still can’t understand how Lane convinced a 4 year starter from Oklahoma State to come sit the bench for his last two years in college. Thats wild to me.

It was just one year, this past season, he’s out of eligibility now but yes, wild indeed. Dart had a shaky 1st season with us in 2022 so he probably thought he had a good chance to win the job.

Gotcha. For some reason I thought I saw he was coming back for his Covid year.

And ole miss fans tried to make Judkins out to be the bad guy.

Judkins was a cancer. Dart even had to waste a timeout during the bowl game and asked Lane to pull him. Tremendous talent, but horrendous attitude.

When LSU signs a kid at a position, does Kelly stop recruiting that position until he leaves?

The answer is no.

No, but he doesn’t go and use those spots on one year or two year transfers at the rate Lane is. His first two classes he had to use the portal because of the lack of players on the roster. Now his main goal going forward is to recruit the top blue chip high school players there are. Which guess what? Are one year younger or more than the guys already on our team. They already know younger talent is going to come in and compete with them. but I’m sure they would not be happy about the fact that 17 new players come in who are older and more experienced to basically take the spots they’re hoping to get. There is a difference in styles that Brian and Lane are taking this offseason. We’ve only taken five transfers this class. All the rest are high school players. Very Louisiana heavy as well.

Sounds like Kelly has a problem promising players starting positions and recruiting players scared of competition.
