I have to call BS on that one Moosehead. There was NOTHING momentary about his lapses in judgement.

Also, we should all listen to a Clipse song in memory of Capstone

I had a lot to drink last night and I'm not hungover at all. Which is strange. I usually get them even when I don't drink a lot.

You must have gone out with Cappy last night and done lines off a hooker's arse.

I don't get hung over from alcohol anymore, but I had some purple drank a few weeks ago when I had the flu and I woke up with THE WORST hangover ever. I stumbled to the fridge and started downing pineapple slices and left the juice in the kitchen floor

Coconut water. Best hangover cure after weed.

It rehydrates you in like 5 minutes.

In the span of a lifetime, it was a momentary lapse in judgement. Failure is always momentary.

According to bucc, bama doesn't want him anyway.

I don't think Bama had a fair shot at him honestly. He grew up a tiger fan and as long as LSU throws the ball around a little bit this season and doesn't screw up his recruitment, he'll be a tiger. I dunno if yall are after Dobard, but I think it's probable he leaves Louisiana.

We're not gonna get Dobard. He's probably going to either Auburn or Georgia. I think most of us would be perfectly happy just keeping O.J. Howard.

No, bucc has said repeatedly that HE doesn't want Smith. I think Bama wants him and I know I do.

From Gerry Hamilton of 247:

quote:

Cornerback Maurice Smith (Sugar Land, Texas/Dulles) will attend the Alabama spring game according to his father, Maurice Smith Sr.

The 5-foot-11.5, 178-pound versatile defender attended the LSU spring game on Saturday (spoke at length will Les Miles, and has been offered), and the Texas spring game today. The Longhorns didn't offer today, and reiterated they plan to evaluate Smit hfurther in spring practice in May.

A trip to Arkansas is also likely before the end of the school year.

Smith is wide open at this point, but he has said very positive things about Alabama since Nick Saban called t ooffer a few weeks ago.

If Texas offers smith he goes there. Otherwise we are the favorite

Landon Collins was at LSU's spring game Saturday. He was hanging out in the recruit section with Thomas and Jones. Once the staff realized it they made him move up with the other spectators. He only stayed for the 1st quarter before leaving. Others might make a big deal and say he was recruiting for bama or rubbing it in LSU's face, but seeing as he was with his two best friends in Thomas and Jones(LSU signees) I doubt both stories.

Good to see they are still good friends.

Brendan Langley:

quote:

“It wasn’t really any different than the first couple of times I went to Georgia, but I wasn’t really being rushed. The first few times I had stuff to do, so this time I got a chance to sit in on a couple of DB meetings,”

quote:

“I also sat in on a receiver meeting and Coach (Mike) Bobo showed me how they would utilize me there, so I like that a lot. They’re telling me I can play DB, wide receiver, and special teams. The sound of that is very intriguing and that puts them number one on my board.”

Did Richt also tell you were the frontrunner to start at QB, throw it to yourself, then kick the PAT, then after the game go celebrate and get arrested, then paroledf in time to go preach at Richt's church Sunday morning

quote:

“I’m going to Alabama this week. Georgia is number one on my list know, but keep in mind that I didn’t get a chance to sit in meetings there yet. If I actually get a chance to sit down in the meetings at Alabama, who knows what could happen.”

quote:

“Coming from this camp, there was a lot of talent here. There were a lot of people with D1 offers, especially in the defensive backs group. I feel honored that they of that big group.”

Won't be the first time UGA has used a player this way. Champ Bailey to name one in the mid to late 90's.

Edit: btw are you really getting mad at coaches telling a player what they want to hear? Saban is laughing at you

Some posters on the TigerR were saying or speculating that LC was at the spring game with his brother Gerald Willis who's being recruited by LSU. They were on the field before the game then moved to the section reserved for recruits before the game started along with all the other recruits and their families. Could be BS though.
