Would Mizzou have won their 2 div titles if they were in the west?

Obviously we can't prove this, but what do you say?

I say no, simply because they couldn't win the SEC Championship game against a west opponent.

Bonus question, would A&M have a div title if they were in the East?

2013, Mizzou was a damn good football team. They made a run at Auburn in the SECCG. They could have won the division depending upon their East draw that year.

2014 was a crap team in a crap division. Similar to the 2011 UGA squad. No way in hell they win the West that year.

14 no way

A&M hasn’t had a team good enough to win the East yet

That’s not accurate. The 13 game was a competitive game and the main reason we lost was a ridiculous coaching blunder.

13 we definitely could have one the West. Not a guarantee but that was a legitimate top 5 team with NFL players all over the field on both sides of the ball

A&M probably doesn’t have any division titles

2012 was their best chance but they lost to Florida and also I don’t see them beating Georgia

2013: heck naw, they lost to Missouri

All other years: probably not, A&M hasn’t won a division title since 1998. If Manziel couldn’t get it done then I doubt Trevor Knight could either

Auburn was maybe the 3rd best team in the west and you lost by 17.

If the horseshoe falls Out of their arse they’re a 9-3 team.

Auburn was better than LSU and they beat Bama far and square

I mean 2013 Auburn should’ve lost to a Georgia team (y’all lost to btw) that we stomped. 2013 LSU also lost to Ole Miss, another team we stomped

Auburn deserved the 2013 SEC Title. The SEC was stacked that year, I’d rate the teams Auburn, Bama, Missouri, Carolina, LSU.

They won all their games fair and square.

They were just lucky as shite.

And LSU beat them by two scores.

To me '13 Mizzou was similar to what State was in '14. Beat some quality teams, but not quite good enough to beat the best teams on their schedule. Really liked that '13 Mizzou team though, they were fun to watch.

I'm not sure either Mizzou team in question was actually the best team in their division, both benefited from some inexplicable losses by teams that beat them (SC in '13, UGA in '14). But to their credit, both Mizzou teams took care of business in a bad division and didn't have a bad conference loss that crippled them like some of their counterparts.

Lol

2013 was not a bad division. Far from it. They had two teams finish in the top 5. I don’t remember the exact stat, but that’s only happened (I think) one other time in the history of the East.

2013 maybe. The 2013 SEC West was no picnic. Not sure they beat Alabama either.
2014 I just can't see it. They get obliterated by Alabama in the SECCG. I doubt that changes if they play earlier in the season.
