Worst fanbase of all time?

1. Notre Dame: genuinely believe they are special and should be treated differently than everyone else. The worst bandwagon fans in the country, so many elitist asshats who have an uncle who went to ND 40 years ago and therefore they have the right to talk down to you about your alma mater. Put it this way: when I see someone wearing ND gear, I assume that they will be clueless about ND football and a wannabe elitist arse. The only fanbase that I automatically judge in this regard on sight, everyone else at least gets the benefit of the doubt.

2. Texas: housewrecking greedwagons, and yet in my unfortunately vast experience, generally pretty clueless fans.

3. Ohio State: arrogant and spoiled, best exemplified by their adamant use of "The" Ohio State University. Their fans think they are better than you and are the most sensitive fanbase of any on this list.

4. Texas A&M: I don't need to explain this one to any of you.

5. Alabama: honestly, they make my list primarily as a consequence of the absurd level of sustained success under Saban. Most of their real fans who I have met are pretty cool. But, they have an absolute ton of sidewalk fans as a result of the success. And a few too many who have their entire identity intertwined with Bama.

As much shite as we give them, 8&4 fans aren't all that bad. I've never met an a-hole one IRL.

I have been to Jerrys World for the SouthWest classic and have rode the shuttle bus with Aggie fans when they came to Fayetteville. They have all been friendly.

I’d say Aubarn because they cry every time someone spits on them.

Ohio St. end of discussion. Went to a funeral for a friend that graduated from Ohio St. At the end of the services, a friend of his got up on the podium and lead the school cheer

LSU fans can be annoying, especially when they are having any success, but they’ll at least give you gumbo and crawfish to eat while yelling “tiger bait” in your ear 8,000,000 times

I would also like to nominate WVU fans among the worst. They are kind of like Tennessee's ex-cousin in-laws.

As someone who went to both recent ND vs UGA games in Athens and South Bend, this couldn’t be further from the truth. ND fans are top tier.

Arky fans are good folk too. Jerry world game needs to die ASAP so we can get back to home and home. Two great SEC atmospheres that are getting passed over for a soulless corporate NFL stadium experience. Criminal.
