1970 LSU 61 Ole Piss 17. Thought I was in Heaven. Listened to the Tigers on WWL with my parents and siblings since I was 4 so this was quite a memory. We watched the LSU highlights every Sunday after church. I thought everyone did. LOL :geauxtigers:
Enjoy your 15 minutes asshat.
Maybe he is still negotiating with LSU.
...
Well you obviously spent more time making up your FACTS than I did so you win on effort. Using my numbers means you will rarely be surprised.
I'll go with majority of the time. 99 out of 100 is the majority of the time, we agree. :geauxtigers:
It's always about the $$$ :geauxtigers:

I have owned rental homes for 40 years and I could write a book on "Why I can't pay my rent on time and you should be OK with it".

If you let late fees slide once you are cooked. Non-refundable pet deposits are a must. :geauxtigers:
Since we are out of it I thought we were talking about Roccos in Baton Rouge...what a great roast Beef poboy! :geauxtigers:

My daughter helped start the women's Lacrosse team when she was at LSU.
All walk on's all the time :geauxtigers:
Every seat that I have ever sat in inside Tiger Stadium has had 2 cup holders
one on my right wrist and one on my left wrist. :geauxtigers:

Marfa has surprisingly good food options. Our favorite was Bardo. Italian
deli that makes their own bread. Outstanding!!! :geauxtigers:
Rented a Chrysler Pacifica thru Costco Travel for a trip to Orlando from Houston. 4 adults and 2 kids plus luggage. Got 29mpg. less than $450/week
and rolled up 2350 miles. No brainer :geauxtigers:
I enjoyed the visit but honestly expected a lot more after all the years reading and hearing about the place. We had planned 4 days but left after 3 because we just had done everything in few days and there other areas we wanted to see. Big let down :geauxtigers:

It's ALWAYS about the $$$$$$$. :geauxtigers:
You can live on $50k and your setup without any major disruptions like illness
or a hurricane... If you are not going to use your 401k/IRA you will need to have a 10% return on your other assets which is not usually possible without a bit of risk. Health insurance maybe your wild card.
You may need to work for a few more years to move to the next phase of your life. :geauxtigers:
