re: Driving from San Simeon Cal. to Vegas

Heading to Vegas to see The Eagles in the Sphere later in the week so I have to move on from California. :geauxtigers:
Not familiar with the central Cal area. Heading from San Fransico to the Hearst Castle in San Simeon then on to Vegas. PCH seems to be closed near Los Angles so looking for another route east to Vegas. Thank you for your responses. :geauxtigers:

re: Edit. Colorado trip Ouray

Drive Colorado 550 to Ouray. it is called the million dollar hiway and is worth
the time. Wonderful views. :geauxtigers:
it looks like LSU lands 9/10 more than likely, with possibly Jabari Mack being the one who may go elsewhere. Someone would have to fill me in on what Mack is thinking, very well could be a situation LSU goes 9/10, or 10/10 with our top in state guys this cycle.

Oh my goodness a possible 5 for 5...TWICE!! I can't wait. LOL :geauxtigers:

Going to see the Eagles in Vegas next month

Trapper's Fishcamp & Grill is a great place. Their smoked prime rib is a winner!! :geauxtigers:

re: RV/Travel Trailer Purchase

Do your research and buy used. Friend of mine bought new and lost 50% of value in the 2 years he owned it. Lots of people buy and overestimate usage.
Lots of nice 2+ year old units out there. :geauxtiger

7 years ago we started renting different size RV's to see what size fit us. We rented Class a/c/b and decided after the exercise and working out the costs that we would continue to rent. We have rented over 20 times and enjoy moving new/used units all over the country and just basically paying for the gas/ hookups.

Saban retired when he saw what happens when all schools can pay players when recruiting.

We would go to a 7-11 type store near our grade schools store on Friday afternoon and get an RC 16 oz. The old man behind the counter would say
"RRRRRaahh Seeeeeaahh!" lol. I'm probably older than he was now. Still do Friday afternoons but with beer !! :geauxtigers:

AHH those were the days. A cold 16oz. RC, take 2 big swigs then pour peanuts into the bottle. I'm smiling just thinking about it. :geauxtigers:

re: West TX - Road Trip

Texas is 808 miles wide if you stay on I-10, so from the Louisiana line to San Antonio is 325 miles... and the Texas Hill country is west of there. Still worth the drive. Bring a pee bottle if you go west of there! :geauxtigers:
Old Milwaukee was my go to back in the day. $4/case or $.99/6pack.Wow!

Also K&B beer. LOL :geauxtigers:
LSU in 1976 business degree but swaddled in a purple and gold blanket since year 0.

re: 3 Tigers NFL ALL-Pro

Burrow has that $275 million dollar contract to consol him. He doesn't need a letter sweater to know how good he is. That's $55 million per year btw. :geauxtigers:
Look in Pirate's Beach and further west all the way to Surfside including Jamaica Beach, Point West. All will be 10 to 30 minutes from Galveston proper. :geauxtigers:
I have NO sources but they are saying the same thing... :geauxtigers:
Watch what happens when Arch throws a few interceptions in a home game loss. Oh my! I hope he is successful but its like LSU asking Jaden to declare so Nuss can start...Hope it works out for them unless they are playing my Tigers.

Space Needle, Pike's Market & Dinner on the water is what we did. Be ready, Seattle is very expensive. :geauxtigers:
