Everybody in Atlanta knows of many. Parents here want their kids to get into UGA, but many can’t, so they have to resort to schools like Auburn AND they have to pay OOS tuition as a bonus. Some go to Auburn or Bama for a year and are able to transfer to UGA if they have good grades. I know, first hand, of kids that took that route.
