You're absolutely right. My bad - my head was still thinking of a few years ago, but you guys have blown right by us. 2009 you started to take a bit of a lead, and by the time you got your second runner-up you had been in way more WS than us.

Did some quick research. Last place finishes in the West since 2008. I guess aTm joined the conference in 2011-12 school year ? Arkansas, LSU and Ole Miss are by far the most consistent programs over the last decade and a half.

Sorry, I mistyped that. But, yes, you may not rememeber it from 2021, but LSU struggled big time in the regular season. Making it to the Supers was a major win for that team.
We were a little better this year, but still making it as far as we did with a young team like that was a win.

Bianco just won a title riding the arm of kids who for the most part weren’t on last years team.

DVH felt the pressure from the fans at the end of the season, still made it to Omaha. He was nowhere near the hot seat. Bianco was and he was going for a title or bust.
