2010 in the west was pretty good, Auburn, LSU, Arky, and Alabama all had really good teams.

Most people will say a year when their team won a NC, but yeah I remember thinking this was one of the SEC's best years. LSU was great, Arkansas was great, SC was great, Bama was great, MSU nearly beat us.

From top to bottom, it was 2014. 12/14 teams finished the season with winning records and there were competitive games between ranked opponents pretty much every week.

How can you not pick 2014? Lot of ranked teams and just about everyone had winning records.

Yes. Ole Miss was doing good with Freeze. MSST was getting things going. Auburn was was ranked in the first playoff rankings I think. Bama was Bama. That was a fun year to watch every week.

2010 was also a good one.

Looking at CFB as a whole and not just the SEC, 2006 was one of the craziest years I have ever seen. That was the curse of the #2 year.

2020. All SEC schedule.

Definitely not

Without the all SEC schedule, just about every team would have had at least 2-3 more wins

2012 had 7 of 14 teams finish in the top 25 (even Vandy).

6 teams won 10+ games. 5 teams won 11+

Yes 2011. Somewhere near the end of the season we had:

#1 LSU
#2 Bama
#3 Arkansas

and a ton of SEC teams were ranked. That will probably never happen again.

It's been said, but 2010 was by far the best for the SEC West.

Auburn, LSU, Alabama, Arkansas, and State all finished ranked in the top 15 of the AP.

All 5 teams' losses only came inside of the division.
