Multiple sources report that Florida defensive lineman Michai Boireau was arrested over the weekend and spent two nights in jail after he was arrested after a high-speed chase with police. Per Gainesville.com:

Florida football freshman defensive lineman Michai Boireau was arrested on five counts — including a felony charge of evading a police officer — in a traffic incident in Monroe County, Ga., over the weekend.

After being arrested on May 18, Boireau spent three nights in Monroe County Jail before being released on bond, according to the Monroe County (Ga.) County Sheriff's website.

In addition to the felony charge, Boireau was arrested on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license, obstruction of law enforcement officers and speeding in excess of maximum limits.
