For me college basketball, when two players are wrestling for the ball. They just say a random possession goes to one team. I would change it to a jump ball situation

Make all fouls in basketball like a technical foul. You get one foul shot and the ball back.

BRING BACK THE WEDGE (which means you have a wedge buster on kickoff teams) ON THE KICK OFF. I fricking loved playing the wedge buster in high school.

in college football, i think that you should have to go for two during the first ot. seems like that would speed it up a bit.

Every player safety related rule instituted in the last 20 years (defenseless receiver, legalized grounding, targeting, flag football for QBs, etc). I want to revert to an 80s level of violence. I want to see Ronnie Lott blowing up wide receivers. I want Lawrence Taylor decapitating QBs.

A fumble forward through the endzone should be spotted back where the fumble occurred and not given to the other team.

Basketball:
Get rid of the three point line

In order to score a TD, either the ball or a part of the carrier's body should actually touch the turf in the end zone.
Baseball:
Let the batters carry the bat with them while running the bases. This would make it LOADS more interesting! Also, defensive players may actually throw the ball at the base runner to get him out.

Get rid of the damn targeting rule. We had it before this pussy rule: it's called spearing. Spearing should still be illegal...and called. But hitting should be legal, it's a tough sport.
