Between Messi, Mbappe, and Haaland, the biggest stars have delivered in this World Cup more than any other time I can remember!

I highly recommend Osprey Point. Many would recommend Turtle Point as well. Turtle has a couple holes right on the beach, but I think Osprey is a better golf course.

Given the last time we won a tournament game was 2002, most of us will be very happy to get into the second round and ecstatic to reach the Sweet 16.

I just finished this book and I feel very similarly.
Theo of Golden will surely join the list of books I will still think about years after I read them.

I got back into reading in November and finished 5 books in the last two months of the year. Setting a goal of 36 for this year.
Edit 1/30: I stopped listening to podcasts during my hour long (each way) commute and am now only listening to audiobooks. With that added time and the time I am spending reading physical books, I am adjusting my goal to 75 books this year.

The bigger deal is they won't be in Arrowhead anymore. Very disappointing

There is a meeting scheduled in Topeka on Monday. I'm being told the Chiefs are scheduled to be at that meeting, however the Royals are not. Barring a last minute "screw up by someone at the top" announcing the Chiefs are moving to Kansas will happen after that meeting.

They're just on their yearly schedule...
Teninessee fans run their mouths for the first 5ish games of the season, annoy the hell out of everyone, lose a big game and a bad game and disappear well before daylight savings time.
They are a model of consistency

Probably going to make the playoffs but they have a massive hill to climb to win their division.
Unlikely they host a playoff game.

Neither Andy or Rashee pled much of a case to the refs when the penalty was called, so that makes me believe there was intent to hit the guy with the ball
re: How big of a moral victory was that for Tennessee?
Posted by Mad Dawg 2020 on 9/16/25 at 12:00 pm to PurpleSingularity
Their offense is good enough for them to win a ton of football games.
They should be bummed but optimistic... they still have everything in front of them.
