I also think the dumb roughing the passer rules need to be changed/erased.
Namely, touching the QB's helmet with an outstretched arm and landing on the QB. If you cant take a pat to the helmet or a tackle that is nothing more than someone's body weight landing on you then you're not fit to be an NFL quarterback.

Nobody gets thrown out of a game for helmet to helmet. Instead make it a more significant yardage penalty.
