Basketball:

- Penalize for flopping in all levels of basketball
- Actually enforce traveling in all levels of basketball (and double dribbling)
- Male college basketball scholarship rules like baseball, but 2 years. You either can go pro or you chill in college for 2 years. This would increase the continuity and product in college basketball GREATLY.
- Shorten shot clock in college basketball

Football:

- Let DBs play physical again
- Change it to 1 foot in bounds in the pros
- Spot foul PI done away with
- Levels of targeting. Simple targeting first offense should not be ejection if it wasn't egregious or meant to harm.

4 corners, baby!

Please, no.

Shelby Metcalf, Eddie Sutton and 4 corners.

Those were some good games.

Starting in top of 10th inning each team puts a man on second base, it can be anyone. Eliminates extra innings. Salary cap in baseball also.

If a kid signs a letter of intent in CFB and then backs out he loses one year before he can sign with someone else

I don’t like basketball so eliminate sport

If we were to accidentally make a FG, would that then mean that we get 0 points for a made attempt? asking for a coach...

Yes but he can't miss more than 4 a game or it's zero either way.

Isn't the 10th inning the first inning of extra innings?

How does this proposal eliminate extra innings?

Offensive goaltending

THIS. no reason why an offensive player shouldn’t be allowed to put the ball back in if it’s on the rim

A fumble into the endzone that goes out of bounds and isn't recovered by the defense should not be a touchback. It should be loss of down and placed back at the spot of the fumble. A touchback is far too punitve of a rule. Why should the rule be any different for going out of bounds in an endzone vs out of bounds anywhere else on the field?

For example a first and goal play from the one that gets fumbled through the corner of the pylon results in a turnover PLUS the defense gets the ball at the 20 instead of the 1 where it was fumbled. And the defense didn't even recover the ball! It's by far the worst rule in football.

For Bama it would be 3 points for missed fg's.

This would actually be a really creative rule. Any made FG is 3 points. Any miss is negative 3. It would truly make coaches think twice about kicking FGs and make the game more creative with a lot more 4th down plays. There would no longer be such a thing as a "decent" kicker. Coaches would never let an inconsistent kicker kick at all unless it was to win or tie a game at the end. But a top notch kicker would be extremely valuable.
