With Kirbys style, he doesn't have to be good. He does need to stop turning the ball over if they expect a title though. I just don't think Texas is on the same level as the top 5 talented teams though. ...

I agree. It's why I am not mad at Thorne. The HC is responsible for who is on the field. If Thorne, Hank, etc does not have, then you find one. Curt Cignetti said he pulled up Google and started researching QBs. It's not an overly complicated process. You just have to tell people to pound sand...
