been to South Carolina many times and it’s about the same as Oklahoma . We just have different regions and climates .

I enjoyed going to OKC when I worked for the FAA. Also when stationed at Altus AFB while in the AF, enjoyed going to the Mangum Rattlesnake Rodeo, Wichita Mountains, Meers Store and Restaurant, Quartz Mountain, Red Rock Canyon State Park, Bricktown…just to name a few.

I was there for work once and the clients took us to shoot golf balls out of ar-15s.

Sorry, but this is an urban legend...
The actual chamber of commerce claim was that Oklahoma had more lake shoreline than the shoreline of Atlantic/Pacific ocean... and somehow it morphed into that.
But it isn't even close to accurate.

I’m just goofing off and talking mindless smack.
I was in downtown OKC a couple years ago, and it is very nice. It was very clean and looked safe and like a lot of fun. It is much nicer than downtown STL, which the TN poster above is correct about.
