Of course there are clawbacks in these NIL agreements. These are multi-million dollar agreements. The young and dumb are only paying attention to the dollar amounts and have failed to read the fine print.

To me this is an example of players not paying attention to what they signed up for. It’s not predatory on behalf of a collective, it’s big business and they’re essentially professional athletes. Time for them to man up.

Riddle me this...

How many corporations, LLCs, partnerships, joint ventures, etc. has "Orange Man Bad" created or acquired? How many has he merged, sold, voluntarily shut down outside of bankruptcy.

Once you've provided those data points we can measure the significance of the bankruptcies you mentioned. Also, were they corporate bankruptcies or personal filings? I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it is an insignificant talking point you've brought up.

I'll hang up and listen.

I guess I’m saying you’re full of shite. No one ever said that.
Dude should have punched her in the face and ended the rant.
You said it perfectly. Why should I give a rat’s arse what someone who pretends to be someone else for a living thinks about anything.
The federal government is incapable of delivering the mail. I have a hard time believing it in turn created a global war on terror. What I do believe is incompetence led to the tragedy of 9/11 and led to the inappropriate response. Conspiracies give way too much credibility to D.C. bureaucrats.
Because they are fricking idiots and will believe anything the leadership of the democratic party tells them; e.g. sheep. Most still wear masks while in a car with no passengers!
I was there and watched him wobble off the field. He was literally knocked the frick out by Peavy!

He certainly wasn’t the best in CU’s history. He might have had some stats, but he was not a leader and damn sure didn’t win like others had done before him.
That’s the only thing I paid attention to throughout the entire discussion
What’s crock of shite. It’s a pretty simple strategy to understand.
You’ve obviously never had to reconcile “the drawer” nor make the deposits at the bank for a business.
They’re culturally a better fit than Texas.
I calculate my wife’s pension into our overall savings. I take the annual pretax amount and multiply it by 20 years to get to the total. It is equal in value to all of my retirement savings and not subject to market swings.
