To be quite honest I’m not sure how anything tops ATPB. This board was incredible during that time. The petrino stuff would be a close 2nd. I don’t think the 21-0 melt even comes close to those 2 I mentioned.

I am thankful the rant wasn’t around for our 84 Navy loss or the back to back first round tournament losses as a 2 and 3 seed in the late 90s.

The whole Albert means saga would've been epic.

For general "SEC SEC SEC" purposes- the emergence of Tennessee in the 90's as a play anyone, anywhere team, that led to the resurgence of the conference.
This was a HUGE development, because it wasn't Alabama (the traditional king) or Florida (the new king) doing it, it was one of the other Big Six. I think Tenn inspired LSU, Auburn and Georgia to up their games.
